Andrew Radding, an attorney with the Baltimore firm of Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, was named president of the Bar Association of Baltimore City. He has been a member of the association since 1978.

Jay Finkelman (MBA) has been appointed VP of academic affairs and chief academic officer at the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He was previously professor and system-wide director of Alliant International University’s California School of Professional Psychology, Organizational Psychology Division. Finkelman was both professor of industrial psychology and dean of students at Baruch in the 1970s.
